Needling Treatment

Acupuncture is a time-tested healing practice that’s been used for over 2,500 years — and it’s backed by science for treating more than 300 health conditions.

By gently inserting hair-thin needles at key points on the body, acupuncture stimulates your body’s internal messenger system to trigger powerful healing responses. It can help regulate hormones, reduce inflammation, relieve pain, improve digestion, support better sleep, and ease stress, anxiety, and depression. It’s also a natural beauty booster — known to smooth wrinkles, calm inflammation, and stimulate collagen production for glowing, healthy skin.

Cupping

Cupping is an ancient healing technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, used for thousands of years to relieve tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural detoxification process.

Using suction cups placed on the skin, cupping increases blood flow to targeted areas helping to release tight muscles, reduce inflammation, and accelerate muscle recovery. It’s clinically supported for relieving pain, improving mobility, and calming the nervous system.

Cupping is also a powerful tool for skin health and lymphatic drainage — known to boost circulation, reduce puffiness, and promote a natural glow.

TCM Specific Pain relief

Pain relief that goes beyond muscle relaxation.  The technique is designed to address pain and discomfort especially. Unlike other massage therapies, The specific Pain Relief  technique focuses on targeting the root cause of pain, offering long-lasting relief and promoting overall well-being.

Moxa-Moxibustion

Is a type of moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine. Moxibustion materials made from moxa leaves are used to generate moxa heat, which stimulates acupuncture points or specific parts of the body. With the help of the heat of moxibustion fire and the stimulation of medicinal properties, it penetrates into the skin and transmits its medicinal properties. Enter the acupuncture points to open up the meridians to treat various pain conditions. To achieve the purpose of health care, disease prevention, and treatment.

Moxibustion is a pure physical therapy with no side effects. It has the functions of warming meridians and unblocking meridians, reducing swelling and dissipating stagnation, replenishing deficiency and dispersing cold, and harmonising the five internal organs.

It is suitable for the treatment of wind, cold, dampness pain, frozen shoulder, lumbar muscle strain, joint pain, cough and asthma, dysmenorrhea, etc. Moxibustion treatment in summer can achieve preventive effects on diseases that are susceptible to winter.

It is especially beneficial for people with cold hands and feet, frequent fatigue, low immunity, and poor blood circulation.

Overall, moxibustion provides a natural and effective way to promote healing and balance in the body.
